Tasting notes: Cacao, blueberry panna cotta

Weve harvested Lagrein for seven vintages. Each year, its been a little different from the previous, but weve always made it as a rosuntil now. This year we made a fuller red, an exciting first to explore all the dimensions of this hearty alpine wine.

FUN FACT- The inspiration for working with Lagrein comes from our enjoyment of Nusserhoff Lagrein and Legrain Ros from Bolzano, Italy.
