Angus Brae Shiraz

Cellar Release

Named after Ed Schilds grandson, Angus, and the Scottish word for Brae meaning a steep hillside, this vineyard is located 4km north of the Lyndoch township. This relatively young vineyard is managed to suit the soil profile and terrior ensuring premium fruit is produced.

This Shiraz is a rich and full-bodied wine with layers of dark chocolate, pepper spice, ripe blackberries and plums. Fine-grained tannins, and a touch of smoky cedar completes this wine with a long and velvety finish.
