The NV Tradicion Amontillado VORS is certainly the most complex and subtle sherry of al le VORS from Tradicion from Jerez. The wine comes from the famous Sherry triangle between Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlcar de Barrameda. The sherry is on average 45 years old. It has a very clean nose, with elegance and complexity, powerful but subtle notes of hazelnuts, honey, seaweed, seawater and almonds. In the mouth also very powerful, salty and dry with a very long salty and nutty aftertaste. The wine can be stored for at least 10-15 years and after opening the sherry will also last for 12 months.
