Handpicked at only 500g yield per vine and grown on warm, sandy, gravely soils the grapes benefit from a very long ripening period and hot summer ideal conditions to ensure great complexity of flavour.

Hans’ Winemaking Comments

A long fermentation ensured optimum extraction and voluptuous texture before the wine went into French barriques for the malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. Natural sediments may show.
