Keep a sanitizer such as StarSan or IO Star ready to precisely sanitize various pieces of equipment. A quick spray will make your equipment ready to use.

This works great for punch down tools, hydrometers, the wine thief, or anything you need to sanitize quickly.

Add 1 tsp (4 ml) of Star San or Iodophor sanitizer to 16 oz of water. Sanitizer will last up to 1 week before it is ineffective.
