IPA? Imperial IPA? Over the top, you say? Absolutely! Nearly 10 lbs of Fermentable Sugars and 5 ounces of hops, this beer will have about 75 IBU’s and much of that comes in the last 30 minutes. Open a bottle and jump back from the rush of hops!
Yield : 5 Gallons Original Gravity : 1.072 Final Gravity : 1.014 Color / SRM : Ruby/Mahogany Alcohol by Volume : 7.60% IBU (anticipated, alpha acids can fluctuate) : 75
