Based on recipe found in Tess and Mark Szamatulski’s Clone Brews Anchor Steam Clone Dry and Crisp with a slight bitterness from the hops. The grains also give some toasty and caramel notes. Dry yeast is optional, but original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs.
