This Historical US beer style plays off of the recipes of our founding fathers. The use of molasses(not included) and corn make this a unique treat. Dry yeast is optional, but original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs.
Yield : 5 Gallons Original Gravity : 1.068 Final Gravity : 1.019 Color / SRM : Brown Alcohol by Volume : 5.65% IBU (anticipated, alpha acids can fluctuate) : 27
Specialty Grains : Flaked Maize, Biscuit, Special Roast, Black Hops : Kent Goldings
