Distiller’s Comments
Tawse’s first release of Canadian Whisky is a blend of Canadian grains, expertly blended then aged 3 years in American oak. The Whisky was then put into to our Pinot Noir barrels and aged a further 15 months. This long aging process in two types of oak enhanced flavours, aromas and colours, resulting in a Whisky with toasted oak, vanilla and Creme Brulee notes.
