This Organic Viognier is sourced from the Kozier Vineyard in Naramata and boasts bright acidity with notes of grapefruit and lychee. A portion of this wine was fermented in new acacia barrels, with frequent lees stirring for a rich palate and a luxurious finish, with a touch of residual sweetness. This is the ultimate patio wine and loves to be paired with prawns, scallops, crab-based dishes, in addition to spicy Asian style cuisine.
