FLAVOUR PROFILE: This Chardonnay is clear and bright with a straw yellow hue. A clean, fresh aroma of yellow apple, pear, golden kiwi, and quince rises from the glass. This smooth yet refreshing, dry, medium-bodied wine has a medley of orchard fruit flavours. Notes of citrus, apple, pear, and melon linger on the finish.

WINEMAKING: Chardonnay grapes harvested from long-standing growers for Gray Monk within the Okanagan and Similkameen valleys. The Chardonnay grapes were gently pressed, then fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for pure fruit expression.
