Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested at -8 degrees Celsius, this delectable Icewine is truly a delight! The nose is bursting with tart cherry, raspberry jam, black currants and blueberries. The palate is rich and unctuous but perfectly balanced by lively acidity and a long finish.

THE PAIRINGS: While perfectly enjoyable on its own to top off a nice meal, this delightful Icewine is the perfect dessert companion ; whether fruity and light or downright decadent! Enjoy it with strawberry shortcake, strawberry rhubarb crumble pie or berry-topped cheesecake. It would also be terrific with a brownie with a sprinkle of sea salt.
