The fruit from this wine was hand picked and sorted from the Niagara Peninsula. Our Ravine Vineyard Brut was created using the traditional Champagne method. This wine was bottle fermented and aged in the same bottle on lees. Drink this wine to celebrate a special occasion or because drinking sparkling wine is the occasion!

Tasting Note

Our Ravine Vineyard Brut is pale straw in colour. Enjoy aromas of baked apples, biscuits and lemon curd. On the palate this wine is refreshing finishing with a springy mousse.

Food Pairing: Pair this wine with oysters on the half shell or with a shrimp ring dressed with a squeeze of lemon.
