Along with traditional botanical’s, our gin hosts Juniperas Communis berries from the Alberta Rocky Mountains and Wildrose hips grown in our own foothills. Crab apple, Saskatoon berry, and local Chamomile add to the floral, fruity flavour of this spirit making it the perfect cocktail gin.
