Grown on a steep hillside in the South Okanagan Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon underwent a 5 day cold soak and a 31 day maceration before aging 12 months in barrel. We only bottle this wine in the best vintages and the 2020 vintage was a prime example, yielding a full-bodied and structured wine with intense notes of ripe black cherry and blackberry with a finish framed by spicy notes of clove, nutmeg and cinnamon and pepper.
