Vinification: 100% Estate Grown fruit. A hot growing season allowed for these grapes to be harvested in late September. After being pressed into stainless steel, the juice went through a slow and cold ferment with some light lees contact post fermentation.

Tasting notes: Lemon zest, gooseberry and green apple are all evident on the nose which hint toward the bright acidity of this wine. With a dry palate, the green apple and just ripe pear are clearly on display creating a vibrant clean and crisp Pinot Grigio.
Serving suggestions: Brie, Camembert and other rich, soft cheeses; risotto, especially with fresh peas or asparagus; pasta Cacio e Pepe; quiche or other egg dishes; grilled pork or poultry
