Tasting Notes:This Riesling has aromas of citrus (lemon, lime), green apple and honeysuckle. Bright acidity is rounded off by some natural residual sugar left behind from fermentation. Flavours of wet stone, apricot and grapefruit rind lead to a crisp finish.
Winemaker Notes: Produced from certified organic vineyards from the Niagara Peninsula. This riesling was produced with crispness and freshness in mind. All ferments happened in stainless steel tanks to preserve this freshness, and the wine was bottled early soon after to keep the emphasis on fruity character.
Certified Organic by Ecocert. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
