This Cabernet Franc Select Late Harvest has a deep pink hue in the glass. Aromas of forest berries and red currant jam set the stage for the medium-sweet palate. The intense notes of tropical fruit, wild forest berries, and tart cherries provide lingering acidity amongst the sweetness. The long yet gentle finish pairs perfectly with chocolate above all try it with a raspberry-topped lava cake, or Belgian chocolate-covered strawberries. Wonderful with fruit trifles, berries and cream, and cherry cheesecake.
