VINEYARD NOTES:The grapes for this wine are sustainably grown on our Thomas Vineyard Tightrope Estate on the Naramata Bench & then hand-picked.
WINEMAKER NOTES:The Smillon was whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation started slowly at low temperatures (12C) to preserve the aromatics and took 28 days to complete.
