This Bollinger champagne is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. 85% of the grapes used by Bollinger in the production of its wines come from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus.

With its golden colour and fine effervescence, the Special Cuve by Bollinger reveals a nose with complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices, along with notes of roasted apples, compote and peaches.
