From Savoie, in the east of France, this is a sparkling Ros produced with Gamay and Poulsard grapes, using the “Mthode Ancestrale” (commonly referred to as a Pet-Nat). It’s delicate and lightly-sweet (residual sugar from the grapes), full of berries and red fruit and with a creamy, vibrant mouthfeel. An absolute pleasure.
