Light bright red from this Beaune based negociant. A fruity spicy nose with notes of cherry, red currant and liquorice with a touch of rosepetal, delectable on the palate with pleasant tannins and a hint of toast.
Coteaux Bourguignons is a relatively recent appellation (2011). It allows Burgundy red
varietals, Pinot Noir and Gamay, to be blended and express all of their freshness. Think ofas the best of Burgundy and Beaujolais together in one bottle!
Food pairing: serve this wine with red meats, roasted or grilled poultry, cured meat and mild cheeses.
