Sourced from Luberon in central Provence, the fruit was macerated in whole bunches for three months in cuve. The maceration was followed by two years of levage in large format old oak barrels. At 12.5%, this is remarkably fresh for a Provenal Grenache yet shows quite a dense palate lifted by a touch of spice and cassis.
