On the south-facing hillside of the Hinterberg, the Binners cultivate 1.5ha of mized grape varieties (Riesling, Auxerrois and Pinot Gris). The Riesling vines are plantedon the plateau overseeing the steep slopes.Fruity notes of citrus and apple, and a fresh finish with good acidity.
