The Catalonia region of Spain is famous for its production of sparkling Cava wines. This white blend is produced by a respected Cava house and uses a traditional blend of the four primary white varieties: 30% Xarello – 25% Macabeu – 25% Parellada – 20% Garnatxa Blanca.
