In late 2022, the Kirby family purchased a 12 hectare property in Campania, Tasmania – deep in the heart of the Coal River Valley. The Kirby family along with general manager and winemaker Tom Carson had long-held a desire to expand the winerys pinot noir footprint. Toms search for the right vineyard soon led him to Tasmania, an incredibly exciting region for pinot noir. This is their first release and the volumes are tiny – just 150 dozen made, and the Chardonnay less than half of that.
