Austin Hope RESEREVE Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

I Grew up in Paso Robles tending vines alongside my father, who made a living farming grapes. Today the place I call home is surrounded by those same vineyards my family has farmed for nearly 40 years.

This Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has been crafted using a select few barrels that I put aside while making the Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon. I felt that these few select barrels had immense potential to gain even more special qualities with some extended aging in new French oak barrels.
