Flavor and Aroma:

• Soft, pleasantly spicy, and herbal with vivid woodsy, earthy, and dark floral character. Idiosyncratically “hoppy” in pale worts. Rootstock grown elsewhere doesn’t have the same range or balance as Czech flowers.
