NEW KID IN THE HILLS

Ada Wine Co is a relatively new label to the South Australian wine scene. A passion project for James Ellis, who balances his label with a love of farming and full-time job in the winery at Gentle Folk in the Adelaide Hills.

Named for his wife, Celui or the one, this wine is a piece of Ashton Pinot Noir at its finest. A field of bright strawberries and slippery textures makes for a welcomed addition to the smashing lineup of Pinot Noir from this region.
