This Foundry insert blocks the high flow side perforations on the old style 10.5 gal Foundry basket to improve efficiency for small grain bills. By blocking the high flow side perforations on the basket, recirculating wort is directed through the bottom of the basket. Perfect for half batches, or session beers in your Foundry.
